What is the Mental Wellbeing in the Workplace Workshop?


This is a half day, practice-based workshop, in which participants will consider mental wellbeing in the workplace from personal, employee and organisational perspectives.


In the current economic climate it is particularly important to create mentally healthy workplaces that help minimise stress caused by the extra demands and pressures on employees.

The workshops are designed to help employers and employees to achieve good working practices that will help reduce sickness absence and increase productivity.

The course is aimed at employers, managers and employees who want to learn how to promote mental wellbeing in the workplace.

explore personal and managerial perspectives on disclosure.

consider tools to support mental wellbeing in the workplace.

explore responses to someone becoming unwell in a work environment.
wellbeing in the workplace
consider ways of maximising wellbeing in the workplace.
mental health Recovery approach
overview the Recovery approach and tools to support recovery.
mental health action plan
plan actions for their own wellbeing and/or workplace.
