Grassroots Training offer the following courses:

ASIST
Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training: A two-day workshop teaching suicide first-aid skills that can prevent the immediate risk of suicide.

ASIST TuneUp
A half day refresher course for people who have attended the 2 day ASIST course.

SafeTALK
A 3.5 hours suicide alertness workshop complementing ASIST.

One in Four: Mental Health Awareness
A three-hour mental health awareness workshop.

Mental Health and Recovery
A three-hour workshop exploring mental health and recovery, including Wellness Recovery Action Plans.

Understanding and Working with Self Injury
A one day course that explores the dynamics of self injury and considers some of the issues involved in working with someone who self injures.
