You are warmly invited to attend an event to mark World Suicide Prevention Day, and to launch Suicide Safer Brighton, a collaborative campaign to designate Brighton and Hove as a suicide safer community.
The event will take place at 19.00 on 10th September 2012 at the Latest Music Bar, Manchester Street, Brighton BN2 1TF.

The theme of World Suicide Prevention Day this year is Protective Factors and Instilling Hope. You are invited to bring a photo or an object that instills hope in you, to contribute to a photography project.

We promote and deliver ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training), a two-day workshop that teaches a model of suicide first aid. ASIST has been delivered to over 750,000 people worldwide. We also offer training in Suicide Alertness
(SafeTALK), Mental Health Awareness (One in Four ), Mental Health and Recovery (Recovery) and Working with Self Injury (Self Injury).
